I am not sure how any of this is relevant. This issue has nothing to do with entitlement of anything. It has to do with health insurance companies breaking their contractual responsibilities with the consumer. They deny claims that their contract says they are obligated to pay. They can be sued, but let's be serious. These companies are too big to lose.
